1. Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order before it ships from My Orders or by writing to us. Once shipped, it can be returned under the Return Policy.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned shoes pass quality check, to the original payment method.

For cash on delivery orders, the refund is sent to your bank account or UPI.
