1. Shipping timelines

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount have a small shipping fee, shown at checkout.

3. Size exchange

Wrong size? Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The shoes must be unworn, clean and in the original box with all tags.

Exchanges depend on stock. If your size is not available, we will refund the amount instead.
