1. Eligibility

You can return shoes within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, clean and in the original box with all tags and accessories (like spare laces).

2. Not eligible

Shoes that have been worn outdoors, washed, damaged after delivery or returned without the original box.

3. How to return

Go to My Orders, choose the order and request a return, or write to us with your order number. We will arrange a pickup where available.

4. Damaged or wrong product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no cost.
